Snappy Jacobs, CCIM started as a Commercial Real Estate generalist in New Orleans in 1984. From 1990 – 2001 Snappy was Vice President and Trust Officer with Hibernia National Bank Trust Real Estate Group. Snappy Jacobs, CCIM Real Estate Management, LLC was started in 2002 to serve as a high service, relationship – based real estate resource for a select group managemnt, brokerage, and counseling clients. Snappy handles all property types in Baton Rouge and New Orleans, and concentrates efforts on behalf of those long-term relationships.

Chris Atkinson
Working in Commercial Real Estate Since 2002
Chris Atkinson, CCIM candidate, and ICSC member, worked for Planet Beach Franchise Corporation as a Leasing Consultant from 2002 until 2006. Chris obtained experience working with over 100 Franchisees on tenant representation, site selection, lease negotiation, and coordination of tenant build out. Chris specializes in the development of strong relationships to perpetuate long-term objectives.
Areas of expertise are property management, leasing, site selection, and commercial properties in the Greater Baton Rouge Metro Area.

Honore Aschaffenburg
Honore Aschaffenburg’s career has been spent in several different areas of the Commercial Real Estate and the Lodging Industry. Extensive experience in all facets of luxury hotel operations with properties such as the Stanford Court of San Francisco, The Ritz Carlton of Boston, and the Pontchartrain Hotel of New Orleans led to sixteen years in mixed-use hotel and resort development with Landmark Land Co. and Historic Restoration, Inc. Honore also spent five years as a Hospitality Industry banking specialist with First National Bank of Commerce.

Wilson Blum
A New Orleans native and graduate of both Jesuit High School and LSU, Wilson Blum joined Snappy Jacobs in November of 2014 after nearly three years with the firm of Beau Box. He has experience working with large corporations, banks, and individuals across all property types. Much of his work has involved tenant/buyer representation, property valuation, site selection, and bank-owned property.
In addition to these brokerage services, Wilson will assist in growing and maintaining the Snappy Jacobs Real Estate Management portfolio across its two main areas of operations- New Orleans and Baton Rouge. As a resident of the French Quarter, Wilson will work to service existing client relationships in the area. He will also focus on the Central Business District and the St. Charles Avenue and Magazine Street corridors as markets to provide creative solutions to owners and investors alike.
